  Register for the April Meeting

If you register online you can immediately print your confirmation (receipt).  Non-members registering online (except undergraduate students) can join APS when they register.

If you wish to register by fax or mail, download and complete the April Meeting Registration Form. Fax or mail the form with a check or credit card information.

Joining APS
If you want to join APS when registering by fax or mail, submit a Membership Enrollment form with your registration form. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.

International Visitors

Members of APS Reciprocal Societies
Members of APS Reciprocal Societies should not register online. Instead, mail or fax the April Meeting Registration Form with a check or credit card information.

Joining APS
If you are joining APS when registering, submit a Membership Enrollment form with your registration. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.

On-Site Registration

You can register in Atlanta at the APS Registration Desk in the Hyatt Hotel.  If you register on-site, plan to stand in long lines and pay much higher fees. If you are presenting an abstract at an 8:00 a.m. session, do not wait until that morning to register.

Registration Receipts

If you register online, your last page is your registration confirmation. You can print this page as an official receipt. If you do not print or save this page when you register, click the Registration Status button on the registration page and use that confirmation as your receipt.
