Exhibiting at the March Meeting

Exhibits are an important adjunct to the March Meeting, offering information on a wide variety of physics-related products and services, such as laser and optical component equipment, test and measurement equipment, scientific software, spectroscopy equipment, and much more. In addition, several publishers of science books and journals will be participating as exhibitors.

If you have exhibited in the past you are already on our master mailing list and will automatically receive a prospectus in the mail. If your company or organization is interested in participating in the APS exhibit show for the first time, please contact:

  You must display your badge to be admitted to the Exhibit Hall.

Wine & Cheese Receptions
Two wine and cheese receptions will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Plan to stop by to visit the exhibits, view the posters, and enjoy the refreshments.
