Join APS and Save
Join APS! APS Members receive registration discounts of 20%-33%.
You can join APS when you register for the March Meeting if you register online. If you register by mailing or faxing your registration, download and submit a Membership Enrollment Form with your registration.
Discounts, Benefits, Services
As an APS member, you are also eligible to subscribe to Physical Review Letters online, or any of the online Physical Review sections, for only $45.
If you register for the Meeting and join APS online, you may subscribe then. If you register and join by mail or fax, please send your subscription request and payment with your Membership Enrollment Form.

To print your registration receipt, click the Registration Status button on the registration page and use that confirmation as your receipt.

Cancellation Policy
If you needed to cancel your registration, you must have done so in writing (emails accepted). Written cancellations must have been received by APS by February 24, 2012. All cancellations are assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for canceling.
APS Registrar
Member and Non-Member Registration
On-line registration for the APS 2012 March Meeting is available to APS members and non-members. APS members may register for reduced fees.
APS Member Registration
APS Members received substantial registration discounts compared to non-members. You can join APS or renew or reinstate your membership when you register for the Meeting.
APS Non-Member Registration
Non APS members may register for and attend the March Meeting. If you wish to receive APS member discounts, you may join APS when you register online.
Undergraduate Student Registration
Registration is free for undergraduate, but not graduate, students. Undergraduates who wish to take advantage of free registration must:
- Join APS
- Wait approximately 2 business days to receive verification of your student status
- Register for the Meeting
Registration Fees
Registration fees do NOT include meals, coffee breaks, parking fees, or transportation costs.
